We are excited to announce the launch of the Certificate IV in Artisan Fermented Products (Distilling), marking the first accredited course for craft distillers in Australia. This achievement made possible by the support of Agriculture Victoria, Spirits Victoria Association, Australian Distillers Association, National Distilling Institute, and industry experts, underscores Victoria's leadership in distillery education.
